H1N1 Flu
As you are all aware the H1N1 Flu virus is still prevalent in this country. We ask you to supply your Son/Daughter with tissues going to school each day. To remind them to use the tissues once and throw in the bins provided. We also request that you supply them with some form of Anti Bacterial Hand Gel. The following are available locally: Paragon-Anti Bacterial Hand Gel; Cuticura-Hand Hygiene Gel. These come in 50ml bottles and are both refillable. The costs range form 1.44euro to 2.49euro with large refill containers also around the same price range. The local chemist Blakes have these in stock. They can use the gel to sanitize their hands following sneezing, coughing etc. If you feel your son/daughter is unwell please keep them at home and contact the school by phone. If your son/daughter becomes ill in school we will contact you immediately to collect them. It is imperative that we have an up to date contact number for you. If your doctor confirms that your son/daughter has the H1N1 virus you must notify us immediately
