Awards NightThe annual awards night took place on Thursday 24th September.This is a very important event in the school calender. This event rewards students for their academic achievements during the school year 2008-2009.
The ceremony took place in the general purpose area of the school. Mr. Collins addressed a large group of parents and guardians and welcomed everybody to the event. Miss O'Brien presented the Award winners with their medals and certificates. Jasmine Watson was awarded the Bank of Ireland junior certificate student, while Niamh O'Connell recieved the Leaving certificate award. Johnny Byrne recieved the Colin Fox award.
Well done to all the award winners and the committee who organised the event.
