12 Days of Christmas Attendance Drive - 'Be IN to WIN'!

Today sees the start of our attendance drive aimed to increase daily attendance, highlight improvement and build a positive school atmosphere leading into the Christmas break.
Key Dates:
Week 1: Tues 2nd - Fri 5th Dec
Week 2: Tues 9th - Fri 12th Dec
Week 3: Mon 15 Dec - Thur 18th Dec
Síog the attendance Elf:
A daily clue will be posted. Students may look for Siog during break/lunch. If Siog is in your area or classroom, please allow a quick photo opportunity. Photos are to be emailed to siog@stfarnans.ie
Spot Prizes
Small prizes will be distributed to 'on-time' students!
Tutor group Competitions
Any tutor class with full attendance at tutor time are automatically entered into a daily draw. No action is required from tutors beyond accurate roll marking.
Weekly Attendance Draws
Students with full weekly attendance are entered into junior and senior draws for prizes
Most improved students
Year Heads and HSCL will track targeted students. Staff may be asked for input on engagement, effort and consistency
End of Drive Rewards
Top junior and Senior classes will receive a Pizza afternoon
Can we ask that as parents/guardians you:
- Promote the initiative positively
- reinforce 'Every Day Counts'
- Encourage Siog photo competition entries
- Continue to highlight punctualilty and attendance especially after weekedms
