Dear Parents/Guardians of all 2nd, 3rd, TY, 5th & 6th year students.
Please go through this information note attached below with your children attending St. Farnan's regarding the return to school information for 2025-2026 including:
- Dates and times for the return of students are outlined in this information.
- School Annual Contribution Fees are explained in detail and we really appreciate your effort in paying this through Way2Pay as soon as possible please. A link will be texted to you from Way2Pay on Friday 11th July.

Unfortunately, we are not in a position currently to supply student timetables (and options classes for 1st years, TY and 5th years) due to serious delays in the availability of our new temporary accommodation classrooms including a new Construction/Woodwork room and Science lab that were promised to be on site and available for the return to school in August 2025. It now looks like it will be November at the earliest when we will be in a position to open these rooms that are urgently needed.
Currently we cannot house all students in the school building come the start up of the new term and with the help of KWETB, we are urgently seeking alternative accommodation for a number of months until the works are completed. This is hugely frustrating and will have a detrimental impact on the education of our students and the whole school community but we will do our best to minimise this effect, especially on our examination students.
