Please see below the details of the Christmas House Exams for our 1st, 2nd and 5th year students.
The Christmas Exams will take place this year on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, December 18th, 19th & 20th.
Some students will have study periods between their exams. Details of the exams will also be given to the students in hard copy.
1st and 2nd year exams are 80 mins. (2 class periods) in duration. 5th year exams are 120 mins. (3 class periods).
1st years:
Tuesday - Maths, English and Irish.
Wednesday - Geography, Science, History.
Thursday - Opt. 2 (Woodwork/French/Spanish), Opt. 3 (Tech. Graph./Woodwork/Home Economics/Art), Opt. 1 (Metalwork/Home Economics/Business/Music).
2nd years:
Tuesday - English, Opt. 1(Woodwork/Art/Home Economics/Business/Tech. Graph.), History.
Wednesday - Opt. 3 (Spanish/Metalwork/Home Economics/French), Opt. 2 (Music/Woodwork/French/Art), Science.
Thursday - Irish, Maths, Geography.
5th years:
Tuesday - Opt. 2 (Art/Biology/Construction Studies/French/Spanish), Opt. 3 (Chemistry/Biology/Engineering/Physics/Geography/Home Economics), Opt. 4 (Art/Business/Construction/Music/Geography/Home Economics).
Wednesday - Irish, Opt. 1 (Ag. Science/Biology/DCG/French/Geography).
Thursday - English, Maths.
