Enrolment dates for Incoming 1st year students August 2026

Dear parents/guardians of current 6th class pupils.

Our online applications for enrolment for 1st year August 2026 will open on 
WEDNESDAY 1st OCTOBER 2025

The deadline for completion of these applications is
12 noon on WEDNESDAY 22nd OCTOBER 2025

We invite you to our Open Evening on Thursday 2nd October from 5pm to 7pm.  

Any applications not received by this time and date will be deemed as LATE 
and your child will be placed at the bottom of the 'On-time' list, no matter what category they should be in
if the application was on-time.

The Open Night for Scoil Mhuire, Clane is on Wednesday 1st October and their Admission/Enrolment opening and closing dates now correspond with St. Farnan's.

Our school and Board of Management are aware of the continuing increase in pupil numbers coming out of our prioritised Primary Schools (both for 2026 entry year and again a further huge increase for the 2027-2028 cohort, current 5th class pupils). The Department of Education are engaged with us and KWETB to again provide additional accommodation in the coming years until our new 1,000 pupil school is open (2028).
