Ms Dowling’s Second Year Geography students hard at work practicing their sketch map skills. Students worked together in pairs to produce a sketch map. Students were encouraged to talk and share their ideas on the topic.
The study of Ordnance Survey maps and photographs is a crucial part of the Junior Cycle Geography course. Students also learn how to read Ordnance Survey maps and interpret the information.
